1. Services

RSM Construction Limited provides construction, renovation, and related services in Dublin and surrounding areas. All work is carried out in accordance with Irish building regulations.

2. Quotations

Pricing and completion time depend on the specific project requirements and will be defined after a full project overview and requirement analysis. Quotations remain subject to change based on material costs and any scope variations agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement. Stage payments may be required for larger projects. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion.

4. Warranties

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products as specified.

5. Liability

RSM Construction Limited carries full public liability and employer's liability insurance. Details are available upon request.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
